‘C’ non Ministerial non Gazetted combatised Para Medical Staff in CRPF/NDRF on all India basis.

Vacancies:

• SUB INSPECTOR(STAFF NURSE): Number of post : General-22+2 Ex-Servicemen
  OBC- 7

  ST- 1
  Total- 36
  Scale of Pay : Rs.9300 –34800 plus Grade Pay Rs.4200 plus usual
  allowances as admissible to the Central Govt.
  Age limit : a) General Category- 21 years to 30 years as on 01/08/2009
  b) SC/ST Category- 21 years to 35 years as on 1/08/2009
  c) OBC Category- 21 years to 33 years as on 01/08/2009
  Education and : Essential:
  Technical Qualification i) (a) Intermediate or 10+2 or equivalent and must have
  passed the examination held by the nursing council and
  3 years course in General Nursing and Mid-wifery;
  OR
  (b) Matriculation and must have passed the
  examination held by Nursing council with 3 ½ Years
  course in General Nursing and Mid-wifery: and
  ii) must be registered with Central or State Nursing
  Council as a General Nurse and mid-wife:

SUB. INSPECTOR (PHYSIOTHERAPIST):

• Number of post : GENERAL - 01(Total-01)
• Scale of Pay : Rs.9300 –34800 plus Grade Pay Rs.4200 plus usual allowances as admissible
• Age limit : a) General Category- 20 years to 25 years as on 01/08/2009
• Education and : Essential: Technical Qualification (a) Matriculation with science or equivalent from a recognized board/university.
  (b) Three years diploma in Physiotherapy from an institution recognized by All India Council of Technical Education or any State/Central Govt.

ASSTT. SUB. INSPECTOR (PHARMACIST):

• Number of post : GENERAL - 49 + 5 Ex-servicemen
  OBC - 24 + 3 Ex-servicemen
  SC - 10 + 1 Ex-serviceman
  ST - 10 + 1 Ex-serviceman
  Total - 103 Post
• Scale of Pay : Rs.5200 –20200 plus Grade Pay Rs.2800 plus usual allowances as
  admissible to the Central Govt.
• Age limit :
  a) General Category- 20 years to 30 years as on 01/08/2009
  b) SC/ST Category- 20 years to 35 years as on 01/08/2009
  c) OBC Category- 20 years to 33 years as on 01/08/2009
• Education and technical : (a) Matriculation or equivalent Qualification (b) Diploma or Degree in Pharmacy granted by an institute of the Central or State Govt. or an Institution recognized by the Central or State Government. (c) Should be registered as a Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, 1948.

ASSTT. SUB. INSPECTOR (ELECTRO CARDIOGRAPHY TECHNICIAN ):

• Number of post : GENERAL - 01 (Total-01)
• Scale of Pay : Rs.5200 –20200 plus Grade Pay Rs.2800/- plus usual allowances as
  admissible to the Central Govt.
• Age limit : a) General Category- 20 years to 25 years as on 01/08/2009
• Education and technical :
  (a) Matriculation with science or equivalent from a recognized board/university
  (b) Certificate in Electro Cardio Graphy Technology from an Institute recognized by All India Council of Technical Education or any State/Central Govt.
  (c) Two years experience of handling Electro Cardio Graphy Machine and recording Electro Cardio Graphy independently in any hospital/Institution recognized by the Govt.

HEAD CONSTABLE/AC PLANT TECHNICIAN):

• Number of post : GENERAL - 01 (Total-01)
• Scale of Pay : Rs.5200 -20200 plus Grade Pay Rs.2400/- plus usual
  allowances as admissible to the Central Govt.
• Age limit : a) General Category- 20 years to 25 years as on 01/08/2009
• Education and technical :
  (a) Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized board/university
  (b) Diploma in refrigeration and Air Conditioning from an ITI/
  ITC recognized by Central/any state Govt.
  OR
  Three years apprentice-ship from a recognized institution of central/state Govt.
  (c) One year experience in running air conditioning Plant.

HEAD CONSTABLE/PLUMBER:

• Scale of Pay : Rs.5200 -20200 plus Grade Pay Rs.2400/- plus usual
  allowances as admissible to the Central Govt.

  (i) Matriculation or equivalent.
  (ii) Certificate from polytechnic or I.T.I. in the trade of plumbering

HEAD CONSTABLE(ASSISTANT OPERATION ROOM):

• Education and technical:
  (i) Matriculation or equivalent.
  (ii) Certificate or experience of having worked in Operation Theatre of any Govt. hospital or hospital of repute for minimum period of three years.

HEAD CONSTABLE/(NURSE/ANM):

• Number of post: GENERAL - 10+1 Ex-Service men

  ST - 1
  Total - 18 Post
• Scale of Pay : Rs.5200 -20200 plus Grade Pay Rs.2000/- plus usual
  allowances as admissible to the Central Govt.
• Age limit :
  a) General Category- 18 years to 25 years as on 01/08/2009
  b) SC/ST Category- 18 years to 30 years as on 01/08/2009
  c) OBC Category- 18 to 28 years as on 01/08/2009
• Education and technical: (i) 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board or Institution.
  Qualification . (ii) Diploma in General Nursing Programme or General
  Nursing and Midwifery from Govt. recognized institute and
  registered as a Nurse or Midwife with Central or State
  Nursing Council.

HEAD CONSTABLE/(PARAMEDIC):

• Number of post: GENERAL - 10+1 Ex-Service men
  OBC - 4

  ST - 1
  Total - 18 Post
• Scale of Pay : Rs.5200 -20200 plus Grade Pay Rs.2000/- plus usual
  allowances as admissible to the Central Govt.
• Age limit :
  a) General Category- 18 years to 25 years as on 01/08/2009
  b) SC/ST Category- 18 years to 30 years as on 01/08/2009
  c) OBC Category- 18 to 28 years as on 01/08/2009
• Education and technical: (i) 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board or Institution.
  Qualification . (ii) Diploma in Pharmacy from any recognized institution and
  registered as Pharmacist under Pharmacy act 1948.

WRITTEN EXAMINATION:

• There will be written examination (concerned subject + aptitude test) for above recruitment
  consisting 70 marks and Interview consisting 30 marks (presentation- 5 marks, experience-5 marks
  and General Assessment-20 marks ) Total 100 marks. Cut off mark for written examination will be
  as under:-
  General and Ex-Servicemen : 35%
  SC/ST/OBC : 33%

INTERVIEW:

• Candidates who qualified in the Written Test will be required to appear for interview. Interview
  consisting 30 marks(Presentation-5 marks, Experience-5 marks and General Assessment-20 marks)

MEDICAL EXAMINATION:

• Candidates who qualify in the Written Test and Interview will be required to undergo detailed
  medical examination.

CRPF, Guwahati-781023(Assam) in sealed cover so as to reach on or before 20/03/2010. Cover
containing application must be super scribed in bold letters as APPLICATION FOR THE POST
OF SI(STAFF NURSE ), ASI(PHARMACIST), SI(PHYSIOTHERAPIST), ASI(ECG TECHNICIAN),
HC(AC PLANT TECHNICIAN),HC (PLUMBER), HC(ASSISTANT OPERATION ROOM),
HC(NURSE/ANM), AND HC (PARAMEDIC) IN C.R.P.F./NDRF as the case may be . Separate

Every application belonging to General and OBC Category candidate should accompany a crossed
Indian Postal Order for Rs.50/-(Rupees fifty) only (non-refundable) drawn in favour of the
IG(Medical)/Medical Supdt., Composite Hospital, CRPF, Jharoda Kalan ,New Delhi-72 payable at
GPO New Delhi OR IG(Medical)/Medical Supdt., Composite Hospital, CRPF, Hyderabad(AP}
payable at GPO, Hyderabad OR IG(Medical)/Medical Supdt., Composite Hospital, CRPF,
Guwahati(Assam) payable at GPO, Guwahati, as the case may be. Number and date of postal order
should be mentioned in the application form against column prescribed. No fee will be charged from
candidates belonging to SC/ST community and Ex-servicemen.
