- The candidates who qualify the written test in shorthand and type in Punjabi & English will be required to qualify in the practical test of Computer or any word processing software.

General Requirements :

- Only those candidates having passed matriculation with Punjabi Subject need to apply.
- Educational qualification must be from a Govt. recognized University/Board/Institution.
- Send application in the given prescribed format along with two passport size photographs.
- Age should not below 18 years but not more than 35 years.
- Applications must accompany the attested proofs of Date of Birth, Qualifications, Experience, Residence and Matriculation with Punjabi.

Application forms must accompany a non-refundable Band Draft for Rs.200/- (Sr.No.1 to 7) and Rs.50/-(Sr. No.8 to 11) in favour of "Comptroller GADVASU" payable at Ludhiana. Candidate should write his/her Name, Address and post applied for on reverse side of Bank Draft.
