Neelachal Ispat Nigam Limited, a joint venture company promoted by MMTC (a Government of India Enterprise) and IPICOL (a Government of Orissa Undertaking) requires following :

1. General Manager  (HRM)
2. Asstt. General Manager  (BOF)
3. Asstt. General Manager (CCP)
4. Asstt. General Manager (EMD)
5. Dy. Manager / Asst. Manager (Energy Management)
6. Manager/ Dy. Manager (Refractory)

Age: Maximum age indicated in column 5 is as on 28th February 2010.

Pay Scales:(Pre-revised)

• GM - Rs. 20500-500-26500/-
  AGM - Rs. 19000-450-24400/-
  Manager - Rs. 17500-400-22300/-
  Dy. Manager - Rs. 16000-400-20800/-
  Asst. Manager - Rs. 13700-350-18250/-
  ( Pay scales are under revision w.e.f. 01-01-2007 )

General Conditions:

• Candidates who had applied in response to our earlier advertisements for the above positions
  need not apply.
• Candidates belonging to SC / ST / OBC category may also apply against the posts advertised. Their candidatures will be considered at par with the unreserved candidate and no relaxation / concession shall be admissible.
• Applications not conforming to prescribed format, incomplete, illegible, and unsigned or
  without date of birth or photograph, or received after closing date will be summarily rejected.
• Candidates serving in Central or State Government/Central or State Public Sector
  Undertaking/Public Sector Enterprise, may send their application through proper channel or
  produce "No Objection Certificate" from their employer at the time of interview, in absence
  of which, their candidature shall not be considered.
• Mere fulfillment of eligibility criterion may not entitle the candidate to be called for the
  interview.
• Candidate called for interview for the posts at Sl.No. 1 shall be reimbursed to and fro airfare
  (economy class). For all other posts II AC train fare by the shortest route shall be reimbursed.
  Reimbursement of traveling expenses shall be subject to production of original air/train
  tickets for attending the interview and photocopy of air/train tickets for return journey.
• Applications must accompany application fee in the form of a bank draft for Rs.300/- drawn
  in favour of Neelachal Ispat Nigam Limited payable at Bhubaneswar. Fee paid shall not be
  refunded on any account nor be held in reserve for any future selection in NINL. Candidates
  belonging to SCs and STs are exempted from submitting application fee subject to
  submission of recent & valid caste certificate issued by the Competent Authority.
• Applications must accompany attested copies of certificates in support of their age,
  qualification, experience and caste etc.
• Experience for all posts must be relevant post qualification experience.
• Management may relax eligibility criteria in terms of age or experience or both in respect of
  deserving candidates.
• NINL reserves the right to fill up all the posts or some of the posts or even cancel the whole
  process of recruitment, without assigning any reason thereof.
• NINL will not be responsible for any delay in receipt or loss of application or communication
  in postal transit.
• Canvassing in any form shall be considered as disqualification for the candidature.
