Recruitment of TGT Social Science & Laboratory Assistant in Sainik School Nalanda

Sainik school Nalanda invites applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment of TGT and Laboratory Assistant. Both these posts are available in confine of permanent jobs so, the candidates will get opportunity to be part of permanent member of Sainik School of Nalanda. The post of TGT is vacant in the stream of Social Science (Geography). Recruitment related all the information can be seen below: -

1. TGT Social Science (Geography) : 01
Age Limit: – As on 15.11.2011 candidates age should not exceed 35 years
Essential Qualification: – Bachelor of Arts in Geography with B.Ed or M.Ed degree with Minimum 60% marks MA in Geography Discipline from recognised university
Desirable: – Conversant to teach students in reputed English medium and Proficiency in Spoken English with extra-curricular activities.
Note: – Candidates not having B.Ed or M.Ed degree are illegible to apply
Scale of Pay: – Rs. 9300-34800/- with Grade pay of Rs. 4600/-

2. Laboratory Assistant : 03
Age Limit: – Same as shown above
Educational Qualification: – 12th with Science or equivalent
Scale of Pay: – Rs. 5200-20200/- with Rs. 2400/- Grade pay

Selection Process: – On the basis of Interview result candidates will be selected. In the interview session only shortlisted candidates will be called.

Exam Fee: – Demand Draft (DD) of Rs. 200/- which should be drawn in favour of “Principal, Sainik School Nalanda” payable at SBI Rajgir in Code 3499. DD should be issued from any nationlised bank branches in India.

1. National Means – cum – Merit Scholarship. 41 Students of Class IX (02 of them Bihar State ‘First' and ‘Second' Rankers) got selected for award of ‘National Means – cum – Merit Scholarship of Rs 6,000/- (Rupees Six Thousand Only)
2. Letter of Appreciation. The Science Olympiad Foundation, New Delhi has awarded ‘Letter of Appreciation' twice (on 15 Jan 08 and 21 Feb 09) to the Principal of the School for popularisation of Science, Maths and IT for two consecutive years since institution of International Mathematics Olympiad.

3. Outstanding performance at National Level Talent Search Examination. Two of our Cadets, Roll No 43, Cadet Amit Kumar and Roll No 49, Cadet Abhinav Kumar Rastogi of Class X were adjudged as III and IV rankers respectively at the National Level Talent Search Examination organised by ‘Vikas Pratibha Awards Society', Visakhapatnam for the Academic Session 2007 – 08.

4. Best School NSO In – charge Award. Dr Pramod Kumar, Master (PGT), Biology of the School has received ‘Best School NSO In – charge Award' in the 10th National Science Olympiad for the Academic Session 2007 – 08 from the National Science Olympiad Foundation, New Delhi.

5. Best School NCO In – charge Award. Mr Amar Khyalia, Asstt Master (TGT), Computer Science has received ‘Best School NCO In – charge Award' in the 7th National Cyber Olympiad

6. 10th National Science Olympiad. The following six students received Cash Prizes from the National Science Olympiad Foundation, New Delhi for their outstanding performance in the 10th National Science Olympiad:-

7. 7th National Cyber Olympiad. Roll No 43, Cadet Amit Kumar received a Cash Prize of Rs 500/- from the National Science Olympiad Foundation, New Delhi for securing 41st Rank at National Level in the 7th National Cyber Olympiad.

8. Outstanding performance of Cadet Osho Sidhant in the National Level Talent Search Examination. Roll No 96, Cadet Osho Sidhant of Class X topped the Bihar and Jharkhand States in the National Level Talent Search
